05 · Questions
Launch, support, SEO, and ownership.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own the completed site, domain, content, branding, and business data. If service ends, you receive a standard deployable package within 14 days. Clear Frameworks keeps its reusable styles, systems, and internal tools; you keep a permanent license to the parts embedded in your site.
What if I need more pages later?
Add them any time for $120 per page. Most businesses start with three and grow.
What does the $49 actually cover?
Hosting, security updates, uptime monitoring, and 30 minutes of changes each month. Included time does not roll over. Changes beyond it are $80 an hour and approved before work starts.
What happens during the first 30 days?
I correct launch defects and development-related problems without using your included monthly time. Revisions, new requests, content changes, and routine troubleshooting do use the included time or are quoted separately. Standard requests receive a response within two business days.
Is SEO included?
SEO foundations are included: page titles, descriptions, headings, useful image text, service and location structure, speed, and measurement readiness. Ongoing SEO research, content, reporting, and competitive management are separately scoped management work. Search ranking is never guaranteed.
Can you take over my existing website?
Usually. Send the link and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth keeping or worth rebuilding.
What about email at my domain?
The $195 setup option includes domain, DNS, and initial business email configuration. You pay the registrar and email provider directly.
How long does it take?
About two weeks once you send your content. Having your photos and text ready is the fastest way to keep the project moving.
