You own the completed site, domain, content, branding, and business data. Clear Frameworks keeps its reusable styles, systems, tools, and general code. You receive a permanent license to the retained parts embedded in your site.

The written scope controls the pages and content. You approve the site before the final payment and transfer. SEO foundations are included; ongoing SEO management and ranking outcomes are not.
